If you’re like most coaches, course creators, and business owners I know, you have a passion for what you do. You want to help people and make a difference in their lives with the products and services you offer. Your committed, dedicated and work hard to see big results. You may also share in some of these other desires as well:

  • You want to give back to your community.
  • You want more time and resources to do the things you love.
  • You desire more time with family and friends.
  • You want control over your business and not the other way around.

You want success and you want to do the things that really matter to you. You want your business to make an impact and you want your life to make an impact as well. After all, isn’t that why you started your business in the first place?

But there’s one giant obstacle in the way, isn’t there?

You want this vision for you and your business, but every time to look at your calendar you see nothing but open time slots you wish you could fill with more clients. Or you log in to your course website and there are never enough students. You might even say to yourself, “this just isn’t gonna cut it.”

The sense of panic sets in and you do what anyone else would do. You start chasing. Your time is now diverted towards trying to acquire new clients or students. Pretty soon you realize that you are selling more than you are serving your clients. It’s exhausting. Let’s face it, most entrepreneurs are doing this all by themselves.

Here’s the truth. I’ve been there too.

I started Sync Three because I wanted to help my clients make a difference. I knew that if I could do just that it would enable me to make the difference I wanted to make in this world. I wanted the freedom to do the things that mattered most to me and to spend time with those who mattered most.

I too had a vision, but not always enough clients to help get me there. And I too was dragged into the chase. I often found myself chasing after anyone who showed even a hint of interest. The endless phone calls, back-and-forth emails, and prospect meetings were so tiring. it took me away from doing what I loved most, working with my clients.

The turnaround was when I discovered inbound marketing. When I realized that I could be found online by my ideal clients, attract them to my website by creating highly valuable content, use marketing funnels to convert visitors into leads, follow up using email marketing to nurture those leads into clients, it changed everything! The days of chasing after clients were over. Now I have a steady stream of leads coming to me.

About Jeff

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Columbus Ohio in 2004. I have to say..I love this great city and I am proud to call it my home. I have two younger siblings, 2 nephews, and 3 nieces. I enjoy hockey, college football (go Bucks!), the outdoors, traveling, craft beer and long conversations with good friends.

I have been an entrepreneur for 12 years and I’m the founder and owner of Sync Three, an inbound and marketing funnel agency located in Ohio.

My normal week involves building marketing funnels, coaching, consulting, and training clients on funnel strategies. In addition, I host a weekly podcast called, The Growth Funnel Lab, speak and oversee the free Facebook Group: Growth Funnel Lab.  All that being said, I still make time for friends and new friends over coffee, a cold beer, or food (I’ve been called a foodie).
